This will be a highly interactive workshop with a focus on learning by doing.

**This will be a small group setting so spots will be limited.

 

Prior DNS Course work is a prerequisite to attend this course.

Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) workshop focusing on DNS movement flow sequencing that will combine mobility with stability according to the concepts and principles of DNS 

Workshop Objectives: 

  • Attendees will learn and practice on the nuance of positioning and support function during the developmental sequence
  • The interactive participation of the attendees during the transition from each developmental position will reinforce the ability to “centrate” joint structures and enhance the transfer of force and load throughout the kinematic chain. 
  • Attendees will have a better understanding of how to utilize the developmental positions, active exercises, DNS Flow sequencing in order to enhance movement preparation and rehabilitation
